中秋市集嘅商戶簡報正在定稿，落貨時間、攤位編號同當日聯絡電話會於活動前一星期直接電郵各商戶。以下係已確認嘅安排；標示「待確認」嘅項目請等候正式通知，切勿依賴農曆年市集嘅舊資料。The Mid-Autumn stallholder briefing is being finalised. Load-in times, stall numbers and the on-the-day contact number are emailed to every stallholder one week before the event. What follows is confirmed; anything marked “to be confirmed” is still pending — please do not rely on information from the Lunar New Year market.

- 到場落貨、佈置Arrive, unload, set up

- 市集完結、清場Market closes, clear site

落貨及泊車Load-in and parking
- 落貨區入口喺 St Nicholas Way；駛入落貨區後，見到 STOP 指示牌請停車，等候職員指示落貨位置。The loading bay is off St Nicholas Way. Once inside, stop at the STOP sign and wait for staff to direct you to your unloading position.
- 貨𨋢可直達 2 樓及 3 樓 —— 但只有頭尾兩部𨋢到得 3 樓。Goods lifts serve Levels 2 and 3 — but only the first and last lifts reach Level 3.
- 商場喺 2 樓提供臨時存貨區，所有商戶均可使用。The centre provides a temporary stock area on Level 2 for all stallholders.
- 大型垃圾箱設於落貨區。Large waste bins are located in the loading bay.
- 泊車：商場對面多層停車場，商場提供 £5 全日優惠（金額待重新確認）。Parking: the multi-storey opposite the centre, with a £5 all-day rate (to be reconfirmed).
攤位設置Your stall
- 自備枱嘅長度不得超過 2 米。Tables you bring must not exceed 2 metres in length.
- 商場不提供椅子，如有需要請自行準備。No chairs are provided — bring your own if you need one.
- 3 樓嘅電插座設於柱腳位置，請自備足夠長度嘅拖板。On Level 3, power sockets are at the bases of the pillars — bring an extension lead long enough to reach.
- 請保持攤位前方及主要通道暢通，唔好擺放貨物、椅子或宣傳物品阻礙通行。Keep the front of your stall and the main walkways clear — no stock, chairs or promotional material blocking them.
必須提交嘅文件Documents you must provide
- 公眾責任保險 Public Liability Insurance（最少 £5,000,000）—— 所有商戶Public liability insurance, minimum £5,000,000 — all stallholders
- 風險評估 Risk Assessment —— 所有商戶Risk assessment — all stallholders
- PAT 證書 —— 如使用電器PAT certificate — if you use electrical equipment
- 食品衞生評級及食品業務登記 —— 所有食品攤檔Food hygiene rating and food business registration — all food stalls
- 車輛登記號碼 —— 如需駛入落貨區Vehicle registration number — if you are driving into the loading bay
