Oru Space

Oru Space 同每位商戶直接簽約，並負責收集及審核所有文件、牌照同證書，亦由佢哋決定最終攤位安排。場地費用、佣金同報名文件嘅查詢，請直接聯絡 Oru Space，唔好經 Sutton Celebration。Oru Space contracts each stallholder directly and is responsible for collecting and checking all documents, licences and certificates, as well as final pitch allocation. Questions about fees, commission and registration paperwork go to Oru Space, not to Sutton Celebration.

- 09:00–11:30 —— Oru Space 會為每檔安排個別到場時間，請喺指定時間前後 15 分鐘內到達，以免落貨區擠塞。09:00–11:30 — Oru Space issues each stall an individual arrival time. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your slot so the loading bay does not jam.

天台花園嘅戶外攤檔（需搭帳篷或有大型設備）會獲安排最早嘅到場時間。Outdoor stalls on the rooftop garden — those with gazebos or larger equipment — are given the earliest arrival slots.
落貨及泊車Load-in and parking
- 沿 Throwley Way 直駛，過 Greyhound Road 後右轉入落貨區。Drive along Throwley Way, pass Greyhound Road, then turn right into the loading area.
- 空間非常有限 —— 請嚴格按照 Oru Space 同你約定嘅時間同位置上落貨。Space is very limited — load and unload strictly at the time and place agreed with Oru Space.
- 泊車：Times Square Car Park（13 Throwley Way, Sutton SM1 4AU）。Parking: Times Square Car Park, 13 Throwley Way, Sutton SM1 4AU.
電力、煤氣及設備Power, gas and equipment
- 請自備拖板。天台花園嘅戶外攤檔需要較長嘅拖板先駁到柱位插座；室內攤檔亦請自備。確實長度請向 Oru Space 確認。Bring your own extension lead. Rooftop stalls need a long lead to reach the pillar sockets; indoor stalls should bring one too. Confirm the length you need with Oru Space.
- 天台花園（瑜伽平台）共有 5 個電源點，每個天台攤檔分配一路電源。There are five power points on the rooftop garden (yoga deck); each rooftop stall gets one supply.
- 每檔嘅最高用電量同可用電器由 Oru Space 喺你嘅合約內個別訂明 —— 唔好假設可以用額外電器。Your maximum wattage and permitted appliances are set individually in your Oru Space contract — do not assume you can add appliances.
- 使用煤氣／石油氣嘅攤檔一律安排喺天台花園戶外，並須自備滅火設備（滅火筒及／或滅火氈）。Stalls using gas or LPG are sited outdoors on the rooftop garden and must bring their own fire equipment (extinguisher and/or fire blanket).
- 高用電量（約 5,000W）嘅攤檔會安排喺室內。Stalls drawing high power (around 5,000W) are sited indoors.
食水及垃圾Water and waste
- 室內攤檔到 3 樓廚房取食水；戶外攤檔用天台花園近升降機入口嘅飲水機。Indoor stalls draw water from the 3rd floor kitchen; outdoor stalls use the water fountain near the lift entrance on the rooftop garden.
- 建議自備盛水容器，或自備大支裝水。Bring your own container, or your own large bottled water.
- 場地提供垃圾袋並協助處理垃圾 —— 垃圾請入袋，放喺 Oru Space 指定嘅棄置區。Bin bags are provided and the venue helps with disposal — bag your waste and place it in the areas Oru Space indicates.
天氣安排（天台攤檔必讀）Weather (essential for rooftop stalls)
遇上以下情況，天台花園會關閉：持續風速超過 13 mph、陣風超過 30 mph（帳篷及煮食設備有被吹起嘅風險），或持續降雨超過每小時約 4 毫米、或持續降雨機會達 70% 或以上。Oru Space 對暫停、移入室內或全面關閉天台有最終決定權，並可能臨時通知。有搭帳篷或煮食設備嘅商戶請預先做好準備。The rooftop garden closes on sustained wind above 13 mph, gusts above 30 mph (gazebos and cooking equipment can lift), persistent rain above about 4 mm/hour, or a 70%+ forecast probability of sustained rain. Oru Space has the final say on suspending, relocating indoors or closing the rooftop, and may do so at short notice. If you have a gazebo or cooking equipment, plan for this.
人流管控 —— 你需要配合嘅事Crowd control — what we need from you
- 公眾分三個時段入場：11:30、13:30、15:30。每節開始前約 15 分鐘，工作人員會請場內參加者離場。The public enters in three timed slots: 11:30, 13:30 and 15:30. About 15 minutes before each slot ends, staff ask visitors to leave.
- 請唔好向顧客保證可以即時入場 —— 請引導佢哋向入口處工作人員查詢。Do not promise customers immediate entry — direct them to the staff at the entrance.
- 如攤位前出現人龍，請盡量安排隊伍沿攤位方向排，避免佔用主要通道。If a queue forms, keep it running along the stall line rather than across the main walkway.
- 請勿自行改動圍欄、指示牌或人流路線。Do not move barriers, signage or flow routes yourself.
- 如有大量顧客聚集、通道受阻或任何安全疑慮，請立即通知附近工作人員。Report crowding, blocked routes or any safety concern to the nearest staff member immediately.
緊急情況In an emergency
- 集合點：Greyhound Road。Assembly point: Greyhound Road.
- 疏散程序印本存放喺 4 樓同地下接待處兩個位置。Printed evacuation procedures are held at Level 4 and ground floor reception.
- Oru Space 設有受訓消防督導員當值。聽到火警鐘請跟從場地職員指示，冷靜引導顧客到最近安全出口，未經宣布安全前唔好返入場。Oru Space has trained fire wardens on duty. On a fire alarm, follow venue staff, guide customers calmly to the nearest safe exit, and do not re-enter until told it is safe.
費用Fees
唔使交留位費或訂金。所有場地費用由 Oru Space 之後一併收取，詳情會直接通知商戶。佣金按攤檔設備數量及規模分級計算 —— 有關查詢請直接聯絡 Oru Space。No holding fee or deposit is payable. Oru Space collects all venue fees later and will send you the details. Commission is banded by the number of appliances and the size of your set-up — direct any questions about it to Oru Space.

枱、帳篷及攤位尺寸，Wi-Fi，商戶專用洗手間同休息安排，以及現場急救點位置 —— 待 Oru Space 確認後補上。Tables, gazebos and pitch dimensions, Wi-Fi, stallholder toilets and breaks, and the location of the first aid point are still to be confirmed by Oru Space.
